Coach Sarah Peffer was kind of in a bind when at last minute, one of her top three players, Morgan Knight called to say she was sick and could not go with the team on Thursday to the tournament in Sayre, OK. She could enter four girls as "individuals" or as a team, for more than one reason, she decided that entering a four girl team would be better than no team, and expected modest result. 

She got better than that, as her team earned a second place with three of her players earning "top 10" places: Kelcee Millican, Sierra Stout and Kinsley Hall.

I had the pleasure of going to watch for a little while, and my short trip was rewarded with the usual contagious smiles of these bunch, who win or lose, always have a great attitude.
